Finishing touches just days before project completion. Farrow and Ball matte paint on the walls, Benjamin Moore semigloss on the trim, shiplap material and barn doors and my all time favorite rustic hardware choices that compliment the hardwood and vintage aesthetic surrounding.
Demolition of a great room in a circa 1886 Victorian. We’re about to remove the wall to the right of the fireplace. I also recommended removing the tile and returning the fireplace back to its original brick style. By removing the wall, we created a unique loft-like space that provided natural light throughout most of the day.
This renovation required a new staircase in this old house. While the walls were open, I designed a coat closet and a ski storage unit underneath the stairs. This unique nautical look fit perfectly into my vintage coastal design. You can see the finished product throughout my website!
