First meetings are set up with our CM department to review the plans and the budget expectations with the clients. Preliminary pricing will be discussed as it pertains to the scope of the building project, the materials chosen and the proposed schedule.
We will then bid out the job to each trade involved in the building individually, rather than just contacting one General Contractor who uses his favored tradesmen. This means that we get competitive pricing from three plumbers, three roofers, three electricians, and the rest, making sure the entire job stays budget friendly. Then, we move on to acquiring necessary permits for the job.
Once construction begins our Construction Management Department is on-site, supervising every step and keeping the lines of communication open with the client with weekly status meetings. We are there with you the whole way through the last punch list items, up until you get your certificate of occupancy
